ScheduleAlert, a fully automatic notification system, is specifically designed to keep flying club or flight school aircraft fully utilized. ScheduleAlert notifies pilots of aircraft availability by email, fax and pager when an aircraft becomes available. Instead of calling or visiting the airport to find an aircraft for a needed schedule, pilots simply indicate the aircraft or model they need. When a cancellation or other change occurs, ScheduleAlert immediately notifies the pilots that the aircraft they need is now available.

As an integral part of the Schedule Master service, ScheduleAlert benefits the owner/operator, as well. Instead of searching through a standby list or using flight-school staff to keep track of aircraft schedules, ScheduleAlert does all the work automatically. If maintenance work or an overdue schedule requires an aircraft change, ScheduleAlert will send the notification directly to the pilots, anytime and by the method they specify.
